I selected 12:00 p.m. to 12:02 p.m. for today. I set the interval to only 2 minutes to make it easier to understand
At the top of the order screen, you can see that the preparation time isn’t being taken into account — only the time slots are shown.

What does the 12:00–12:05 p.m. shown at the top mean?
And since the scheduled time is displayed as 12:00, customers are arriving at the restaurant to pick up their order before the 30-minute preparation time is finished.
Naturally, the food is not ready, the customer becomes upset, and the restaurant directs their complaints to us.
This is the restaurant’s Merchant Panel. On the right side, the preparation time is shown as 30 minutes, but the Due Time does not include that preparation time.
There are 60 minutes in an hour. Expecting restaurant staff to mentally calculate the time plus the additional preparation time — especially when they are extremely busy — is unreasonable.
Please let me know why the preparation time is not being reflected in the Due Time. Is there an issue with my setup, or is this a system problem?
