🔹 What Does the Number of vCards Mean?


The number of vCards refers to the number of profiles.

  • 1 vCard = 1 individual profile (name, phone number, email, etc.)
  • When you add a staff member, the number of vCards increases.


🔹 Card Issuance Structure

1️⃣ Adding Additional Cards with the Same Information

Example: Owner (John Kim) – 3 cards

  • 1 profile
  • Multiple cards with identical information

👉 $30 per additional card (one-time fee)

👉 No additional monthly fee

In other words, if the information is the same and you simply need extra physical cards, only the card production cost applies.


2️⃣ Adding a Staff Member (Different Information)

Example: 1 Owner + 2 Staff Members

  • 3 separate profiles
  • Each person has their own name, phone number, and account

👉 $30 card issuance fee per card (one-time)

👉 $10 per month per additional staff account

If the information is different, a separate profile (account) is created.

In this case, a monthly account management fee applies.



🔹 vCard 숫자의 의미


vCard의 숫자는 “프로필 수”를 의미합니다.

  • 1 vCard = 1명의 프로필 (이름, 전화번호, 이메일 등)
  • 직원이 추가되면 vCard 수도 증가합니다.


🔹 카드 발급 구조

1️⃣ 같은 정보로 카드만 추가하는 경우

예: 대표 홍길동 카드 3장

  • 프로필은 1개
  • 카드만 추가 제작

👉 카드 1장당 $30 (일회성 비용)

👉 월 추가비용 없음

즉, 정보는 같고 카드만 여러 장인 경우

→ 제작비만 추가됩니다.


2️⃣ 직원 정보를 추가하는 경우

예: 대표 1명 + 직원 2명

  • 프로필 3개
  • 각자 다른 이름, 전화번호, 계정

👉 카드 제작비 $30 (일회성)

👉 직원 계정 관리비 월 $10 / 1인


즉, 정보가 다르면 계정이 추가되는 것이며,

이 경우 월 관리비가 발생합니다.
